Delicious easy and healthy soup, that can be made in 20
minutes. I can be served as a light meal or a starter. This is my own
adaptation of the Portuguese recipe that is slightly different.
I
normally make this version but in Portugal people tend to add spinach and use
normal potato and garlic as well.
Ingredients:

medium sweet potato cut into 6
·
1
small can of cooked chick peas
·
1
medium onion cunt into 6
·
Salt
to taste
·
50g
of any smoked meat (bacon or choourizo) for flavouring.
Preparations:
Cover
all ingredients with water and let it simmer for around 20 minutes.
When
cooked remove the smoke meat and blend until creamy.
Chop
the meat and add at the end before serving.
This
is enough for two bowls of soup.
