How to serve Tuna Muxama in a simple delicious way


My favourite way to serve this Portuguese delicacy that consists of salted and dried tuna loins is simple cut the tuna in thin slices, using a knife. Marinate with a little drop of good olive oil and add some dried oregano.

Just toast some thin slices of bread and enjoy with a good glass of cold white wine.
It makes a great starter or snack.
