Butternut squash and chickpea salad


 Delicious salad

Line one baking tray with baking paper and add one kind of chickpeas drained and slightly patted with kitchen towel on the other side of the tray. On the top of the chickpeas, add small pieces of chorizo for a smoky flavour and full nice taste Add cubes of 1 cm of butternut squash the drizzle of oil, smoked paprika salt and some sage roast in the preheated oven 200° for 15 minutes or so

Cook some fine beans cut in small pieces ( al dente)

For the sauce, mix some tahini with hot water a little bit of soya sauce, lemon pepper, garlic, and cumin.


Mix everything together in a bowl and add chopped coriander and chopped spring onions add more salt if necessary and black pepper absolutely amazing
