
My God, my God, my God! I’ve just made this and it was absolutely amazing!
Small coffee cup full of flocão ( flaked corn)
A pinch of salt
3/4 of the same coffee cup with water
Hydrate the couscous and allow to stand covered for 10 minutes
Fry three slices of chorizo, chopped in small squares and dry out on a piece of paper to remove the fat.
Check in the couscous need a bit more hydration, the should be nicely wet otherwise will be dry.
In of the white tea cups from the cupboard greased with butter, poor half of the couscous
Add the chorizo and cheese that can melt ( Mozzarella or Brie without rind, and top up with the rest of the couscous.
Cook in the microwave covered for one minute.
Flip on to a plate and and add a knob of butter,. It will melt really nicely!
