Super easy to make and great for a picknick, last minute guest's brunch and so on...
Roll out a good quality puff pastry ( better if it's a rectangular one)
Cover all the surface with a light layer of grain mustard.
Add the ham just in the centre and cheese on top of the ham
Cut the side of the pastry in stripes and pleat
Cover the top with egg yolk and add lots of poppy seeds,
Bake until golden in an over at 180 degrees.
