Olives and Almond Tapanade

The most delicious almond tapenade.

  • 65g semi sundried tomatoes
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 75g kalamata olives
  • 60 g almonds with skin on
  • 2/3 sprigs of Rosemary
  • Dried chilli flakes to taste
  • 1tsp of sugar
  • 15g of balsamic vinegar
  • 30g olive oil

 

Just blend and enjoy!
