I think this is a great pudding, specially in the Summer.
Sometimes we get very exited about our guests and we end up cooking too much for our guests, but a simple bawl of watermelon served in small
balls (made with the Parisienne spoon), and a spring of mint it's just te=he perfect end of the meal.
