Very quick to do and can use bits of veges, before travelling.
In 1h picles are ready.
Ingredientes:
- Half a cucumeber thinly sliced
- Small red onion thinly sliced
- 1 Tsp of mustard seeds
- Dill to taste
- 100 ml white vinegar - notto acidic ( try something mild), otherwise dilute with a bit of water)
- 25g of sugar
- Salt to taste
- Some chilli flakes
Mix the vinegar, salt and sugar and mix well. Warm up it the microwave to dissolve well.
When cool add al the ingredients and shake.
After 1h in the fridge enjoy :)
