Ingredients:
One and a half tin of tomato
One large onion
One garlic clove
Olive oil
One croquette
Two medium potatoes
Salt
Smoked paprika and chilli
Oregano
Eggs
Crispy chorizo
Croutons
Instructions;
Fry the onion and garlic very well until caramelized and add the potato, courgette and tomatoes with the spices. Just cover with water and cook until soft.
Blend, taste and adjust flavours. If needed, other a bit of chicken stock.
Once cooked at the eggs to poach in the soup serve with crispy chorizo on top and croutons.
