Richard’s favourite soup.
Fry two medium small onions in olive oil and two cloves of garlic.
Add four large carrots in pieces, half butternut squash. And 4/5 small potatoes.
Add One full teaspoon of mild curry and a teaspoon of ginger powder.
Add half chicken stock and cover with boiling water.
Once the vegetables are soft blend really well.adjust salt and add half packet of fine beans chopped in pieces. And cook for seven minutes.add a handful of small pasta and cooked for three minutes.
