Homemade Tortilla Chips

 This is better than crisps and healthier.

I have used wraps that were getting close to the end of life ( no additives, just flour , water, sugar and salt).

Cut them in small squares.

Spread them on an oven tray

Add a drizzle of olive oil, salt, smoked paprika and rosemery.

Mix well and bake in the oven at 200 degrees until crisp

Allow to cool and store in an air tight container.
