Stewed Chickpeas with pork and fennel

 The only way I like stwed chickpeas!


Fry a cgopped onion in olive oil. Add the pork in smmal pices with salt, smoked paprika, fenner and a bit of curry. Add a tin of tomato and a bit of water. Once the meat is cooked add some chopped potatoes and when nearly ready add a tin of chichpeas. Cook and serve with chopped corainder. DIVNE!
