Walnut, parsley and chilli saladwith pomegranate molasses

225g roughly chopped walnuts

Large bunch of hand chopped parsley

1 green chilli deseeded ( optional)

1 red onion finely chopped ( maybe marinate for less strength)

1tea spoon of sea salt

2 tomatoes with center removed and cut in small cubes

2 / 3 table spoons od pomegranate molasses

balsamic vinegar
