Cavalo Nero with red onion

1 pack of cavalo Nero

1 midium red onion thinly sliced in half moons

1 clove of garlic chopped 

Drizzle of olive oil

Drizzle of balsamic 

Heat up the olive oil and add the onion and garlic.

Let it fry and add the cavalo negro, stir and let it cook for about eight minutes and add a bit of salt and a bit of hot water if needed until it tender. With

When cooked add some balsamic and serve with roasted  pine nuts.
