Best beef and pearl barley soup.

 Fry  400 g of Tesco finest Diced beef in olive oil.

Add one large chopped onion and three garlic gloves and  And the piece of ginger choppedLet it soften.

Add a handful of chopped celery and allowed to cook for five minutes.

Add two bay leaves

Add organic beef stock.

Add turmeric, cumin, and salt

Add one tin of tomato

Add a little bit of garlic paste

add boiling water and allow the  beef to cook for 10 until soft.

Add 150 g of pearl Bali and let it boil for 10 minutes

Add chopped carrots 

Then allow it to simmer for 50 minutes.

Add some chopped parsley and adjust the seasoning

Once cook served with more fresh parsley and lemon juice
