Vegan Chickpea, potato and kale

 Very quick to make:

Chope one onion, 1 garlic clove and a good peace of ginger.

Fry in olive oil with a bay leave.

Add cumin, black peper, tumeric and salt

Once cooked add hafl tin of tomato and some of the water of the chickpeas. Blend a litle bit.

Add the chickpeas and 3 mall potatoes and conk for 5 m.

Add same kale and cook until tender - DELICIOUS!
