Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken stock cube

  • ½ onion, thinly sliced into half-moons

  • 2 cm fresh ginger, finely chopped

  • 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • Chopped spring onions

  • White pepper

  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a pot, add enough hot water and dissolve the chicken stock cube.

  2. Add the onion, ginger, chicken, soy sauce, salt, and white pepper.

  3. Simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.

  4. Add cooked egg noodles to a bowl

  5. Top with pak choi or any other leafy greens and add the broth

  6. Sprinkle over the chopped green parts of the spring onions.

  7. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
