Bolo de arroz ¦ to be tested

 



100g butter

250 sugar

2 egg yolks

2 whole eggs

zest of a lemon

100 ml milk

120g rice flower

230g flour for cakes

10g raising bowder

powderes sugar to decorate the top before bakingg


Mix the butter and eggs, add the rest.

Make some foil tins and add grease papaer or bolo de arroz paper


fill the tins to half and bake for 30m at 180 degrees
