R ight in the heart of the old town you will find Lifestart Foundation, a beautiful place were, different activities, such as lantern making workshops, traditional post card painting lessons, Vietnamese lessons and a fair trade shop. I spent a very relaxing morning developing unimaginable skills and, by participating in this activities, giving a small contribution to those with less opportunities. I still can’t believe I was able to paint a post card! Ok, I must say the truth, the flower on my card were double the size of the traditional boat, but who cares? I had a lot of fun! And then I participated of this lantern making class which was very relaxing and funny. While making your lantern, and drinking lovely iced tea, I had the chance to find out more about the Vietnamese life style and also about the foundation. A s I said in a previous post, based on my experience, I think it is worth to have tailor-made clothes in Vietnam, to be more precise in Hoi An. But I think you have to take in consideration some aspects, before deciding which items you would like to have tailor –made, and there is a few tips that I would like to have known in advance to make my choice more efficient. Considerations and tips: It is not cheap as high street clothes. But it still very good value for what you get! Allow a minimum of 48 hours to have some clothes done, as you  need at least one fitting (you could even need more). The best thing is to sort out everything on your arrival day or as soon as possible. Don’t leave it for last minute, as you might be disappointed, for not being able to have your clothes made, as there is a big demand. The shops have all sorts of materials and colours, but if you want something very specific just buy it in advance and take it with you. You c
